Remember to tell the cashier that you are with the CBC Prime Timers and they will not charge you for your drink. This meeting is open to all Prime Timers, however, arrangements have been put in place for meetings at the Golden Corral in Bluffton on the 2nd Tuesday of each odd number month. So we will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, odd number months in Bluffton and even number months in Beaufort. We need to discuss available transportation for some of our senior members for rides to church, dmv, doctor appointments, etc. Please bring your friends. I am still looking for feedback on events. It is a great opportunity to get to know each other. Ron and I try to sit with someone different each time to grow in our knowledge of their families, jobs, etc. Monday's meeting, we had around 45 people and that was not bad considering the rain. That was the best Oyster Roast that John & I have ever gone to. I don't eat oysters but that soup, cornbread & making your own "dog" over the fire were super; lots of fun, too. John loved the oysters! It was a perfect night, the setting fantastic. So glad that we made the drive out from HH. Thanks again. Norma & DQ thanks for your wonderful Southern Hospitality.
