They are located at 3035 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, Tn. Remember that you have until August 15th to submit the remainder of your money. If you are in a double occupancy room and have given your $25 deposit, and you are riding the bus, then you have a balance of $274 due. You may pay that at any time between now and the 15th of August. You need to make the checks out to CBC and write in Prime Timers Trip in the left hand bottom of your check. Trip to Gatlinburg, TN 2008
The Prime Timers group has just returned from Gatlinburg, TN on Thursday evening, October 30th. We arrived on Monday, October 27th in Gatlinburg only to find that it would snow that evening and created record breaking tempertures for this time of the year. Everyone appeared to have a good time as we were in conference with Dr. David Jermiah four days in a row. He was preaching on his new book, “What in the world is going on”, it was an intereting time. We were entertained by “The Webb Family”, Mark Lowry and Dennis Swanberg. We took the bus over to Pigeon Forge on Wednesday on our free time and ate at “Mel’s Diner” then we dropped off those that wanted to go shopping at the Tanger Outlet and took the rest of the bus over to the “Knife Store”. That evening, George Beverly Shay, who is 99 and will be 100 in February, sang 4 songs and was inerviewed on stage by Phil Waldrop. Will Graham the grandson of Billy Graham and son of Franklin Graham preached after that. All in all it was an intereting conference with over 5000 plus senior (over 50) christians in attendance.
Here are my pictures. Please send yours (in digital format) to John Ward (jward@coosaw.org) so he can post them on the website.

Oyster Roast at the Qualls 2008
On behalf of the 88 people that came to the annual oyster roast at Doyle and Norma Quall’s this past Saturday I would like to extend a big thank you for a job well done, as always. The weather was perfect, the oysters, soup and cornbread were great, plenty of hot dogs and sausage dogs to put over the open flame and more desserts than you could eat. It was just a lovely evening to enjoy good food, felowship and fun.
I am sure that Elaine Wilkinson will share her pictures with John Ward to add to our website. If you had a good time, please tell Doyle or Norma.

Cypress Bay Plantation
On behalf of the Prime Timers, I would like to thank Skeet and Gail Burris for the wonderful event that we had this past Saturday at their lovely home. This has been an annual event and is very popular this time of the year. We had over 100 people attend and everything went smoothly. I seen a lot of people just sitting around and visiting, fishing and relaxing. That is what this event is all about. Thanks again.
